ebinmaine 67,266 #2 Posted March 23, 2020 We are forecasted for six or seven inches up in my hills. On the plus side. Trina will get to use the nice brand new Ariens walk behind that I bought two months ago and have barely touched.

Racinbob 11,040 #6 Posted March 23, 2020 About 3" of the wet stuff here too. I love the view. It won't last long though.

cleat 5,809 #8 Posted March 23, 2020 We just got a little overnight as well and the road out front is just wet. However, that dodn't stop the plow truck from going by spreading a nice thick layer of salt on. Just got my vehicles cleaned up on the weekend too..... 1

Sparky-(Admin) 21,300 #13 Posted March 23, 2020 Central Connecticut at 4:00pm this afternoon.....not enough to justify any seat time. It’s barely an inch.

Just a shovel's worth so it will not be rutted and frozen over night. But with CT encouragement for me to stay home it does not matter much.
Racinbob 11,040 #15 Posted March 23, 2020 What a difference a few hours makes. Same shot but this afternoon.
Pullstart 62,783 #16 Posted March 23, 2020 Snow sure looks pretty! It was 3” this morning, nothing now.
Racinbob 11,040 #17 Posted March 23, 2020 I have to say the snow shot is prettier but I'm not complaining that it's gone. Some decent weather in store though. I'll be playing outside. Gotta do it. They just shut things down in Indiana as of 11:59 pm tomorrow. Fortunately we're in great shape with everything as far as supplies and we didn't even rush out to horde things. We just always try to keep ourselves in that position. I know you're locked down too Kevin as are many of us. Stay safe all and don't sneeze on your keyboard like @WHX24 did. Don't want to give the forum a virus.

rjg854 11,349 #20 Posted March 23, 2020 Got just enough of that wet heavy snow to snap branches out of some of the pine trees in the yard.

Darb1964 1,042 #24 Posted March 24, 2020 I have not looked out in a while, the town plow just went by. We could get up to eight inches, about three just before dark. My grandfather called these late March early April storm's, after most of winters snow pack had melted, sugar snow. Weather conditions worm rest of the week, snow melts maples turns it into sugar, and good memories of day's gone by.
ebinmaine 67,266 #25 Posted March 24, 2020 We've ended up with about 8 inches. Cleared enough of the driveway with the new Ariens walk-behind to get out. We will finish up later. Very impressive little snow blower. Too dark for pics or video at 5 in the morning in Maine but I'll try to get some later.
