Now that it is running pretty good I decided to put the 42'' SD deck on and do some mowing with it. I don't think I have mowed with this for 7 or 8 years. Side shot was taken yesterday rough? that would be considered a jewel down here. love those black hoods. 2 1

skippy1969 135 #182 Posted May 11, 2020 I took off my plow and front and rear weights off and put my 1995 520 H in summer mode the other day. I put the hubcaps on too, but not in the picture. 6

PeacemakerJack 10,743 #185 Posted May 16, 2020 that is a calendar shot if I’ve ever seen one! Of course that specific model will always be my favorite (check out my avatar pic) not only because it is really cool looking and the first hydro but also because I was on one when I was your son's age too👍🏻 Thanks for sharing! 1
JCM 9,913 #186 Posted May 16, 2020 Hauled the C-165 to Mass from Maine to mow for the summer. Tested out my Sharpen with a hand file 3 blades on the 42'' SD and the old Girl still remembers how to stripe. The lawn was a good 6'' high so did it once in 1st gear and went over it a 2nd time in 2nd gear and happy with the results. Also got the 310-8 running for the first time and can't believe how nice it runs for a beater machine. This was headed for the WH graveyard and I just couldn't let that happen. 7

PeacemakerJack 10,743 #191 Posted May 16, 2020 (edited) Probably unoriginal because a few weeks ago, I posted a picture of rusty but this 1054 has been my “go to” yard machine for pulling the wagon and moving stuff around... Today we were busting willow branches to mulch with my Bolens chipper/shedder Giving us lots of mulch because those willows drop a lot of branches...🤨 Edited May 17, 2020 by PeacemakerJack 3
