The Tuul Crib 7,336 #4 Posted March 4, 2020 What I want to know is how it operates you got an eight speed or you got to lever steers!
Achto 27,502 #5 Posted March 4, 2020 Good to see you on RS Crib. Was wondering if you were any where near the storm there. Hope all is well with you, friends, & family. Back to the crawler. I think that the two levers are to apply brakes on each side in order to steer.

They go to the calipers @wallfish pointed out and run a pair of chains to the Uni-Drive axle shaft. There used to be a website to buy the plans from but its since gone away. I got a set myself and as he was only in the next town over from me I went and picked them up and talked to the guy.
