Adding remote winch to back of tractor.

Im thinking about reinforcing my bagger mount after removing the plastic top. Then placing a small harbour freight winch on top. I would like the ease of lifting my tiller or bottom plow. I have seen a few on here.  What are your thought? Suggestions?

I don't really have any specific suggestions as far as the mount itself. The one thing I'd like to put into your head is that the pull of the winch is quite often stronger than the end of the cable.

Be sure that you can see the end of travel so you stopp in time or maybe put  a heavy duty spring as kind of a cushion, at the end of the cable.

I've been thinking of some similar arrangement for lifting my plough. Toying with mounting a small ATV winch on the front, running the cable underneath.

That's a neat little winch. Smaller than what I had in mind. I'll have to see if I can get something similar over here.
