You are correct on the Rustoleum products and sadly way too correct on the $$ of auto grade finishes. I have done a couple of restos with Regal red out of a rattle can with good results... not trailer queens but dang good workers.. Is that by chance a 12 or 1067 with floor boards?? Raider??? My guess is Oldsmobile, but I'm probably wrong. That was the only thing I could think of off the top of my head with twin headlight cross bars.. oliver2-44 9,679 #14 Posted February 28, 2020 if your using a spray gun, you can use Valspar enamel hardener with Rustoleum Regal Red. It will dry faster, harder and I think with a little more gloss.
