Hydro lift is very slow after 30 min of use

I have a 1277 having problems with hydraulic lift after using it for 30 minutes it is super super slow sometimes will not lift. Go forward and reverse no issues very strong hot or cold anyone have any ideas

  is this a new issue...sudden onset???

 

Could also be implement relief valve and spring.  covered in sunstrand manual here.
