More Newbie 520-H IDLER BAR Questions

My questions may seem silly to some here but please understand that I'm still just feeling my way along here!

1)  It's not clear in the parts manual diagram exactly where the bushing, flat washer, and wavy spring washer should be located on the idler bar shaft.  The best I can figure is that these parts should be positioned as shown in the first photo (diagram) below.  Is this positioning correct?

2) As can be seen in the second photo below, the hole in the center of the wavy spring washer seems to be significantly enlarged.  That is, (ID = 0.668") way bigger than 1/2".  Unless there was once some sort of shoulder at the arm end of the shaft, (now worn away), my wavy washer seems to flop around quite a bit on the 1/2" shaft.   Did the center hole in the wavy washer (p/n 108473) start out this large?  Or was the hole enlarged by the shaft bouncing around once the shaft busing had disintegrated?

Thanks, ZT

Go to a hardware store and get one that fits.

I take it that you mean the hole in my wavy washer is indeed worn excessively and should be replaced.

And how about my question on the positioning of the pieces on the shaft?  Does my diagram show the pieces positioned correctly?

Thanks once again!  ZT

1/2 inch wave washer should measure about .531 ID  Your sequence seems correct.
