rmaynard 15,383 #3 Posted February 9, 2020 According to the thinking of many, every time a new paint vendor was selected by Wheel Horse, the color changed slightly due to many factors including proprietary tints, methods of mixing, amount of lead (not available in today's paints), and other factors.
