Buzz 502 #1 Posted February 5, 2020 I'm having a friendly disagreement with Derek Workman over on Wheel Horse Junkies about Wheel Horse making a couple prototype Jeep style mowers when AMC owned Wheel Horse. I posted a picture of one that showed up at one of the early Wheel Horse Shows. He posted a couple of pictures of two different style s and said Wheel Horse also made them. Does anyone know the whole story? Here's the one that was at the Show,
Buzz 502 #2 Posted February 5, 2020 (edited) Here's the ones Derek posted. Don't think they are Wheel Horse. Edited February 5, 2020 by Buzz

Sparky-(Admin) 21,300 #4 Posted February 7, 2020 I don’t know Buzz...that yellow one screams Black Hood era. The dash and hood latch setup . I bet WH was definitely involved.
Herder 2,354 #5 Posted February 7, 2020 The yellow one has a lot of similarities. The mule drive, clutch, even the main body, frame. Maybe someone had the jeep hood made along with the rear fender pan.

Probably an AMC prototype being pitched to management during the time they ran the show.
