I have a question if you go to k301 engine manual it says 0.025 on plug gap but you go 1982 c-125 owners manual it says 0.030 on plug gap. So?  I have little skip or vibration at idle just trying the little things first.

Donnie ! .25 is what l always gap my plugs at.  Check out the manual section here and it should give you all the information that you would need.

I did that's what I ask about why does it say in owners manual 0.030 and 0.025 in the engine manual.  I thought there might be a reason the owners manual was different maybe the electrical system or some other specific reason.

It is possible the recommendations changed over the years.

This is from a service manual dated April 1990 and revised November 1992.

Gas fueled engines in the chart are propane and natural gas.

Had the same until I started adding Marvel Mystery oil to the fuel.

I believe the added lubrication to the valve stems overcomes their reluctance to close 100% - 100% of the time.
