1. I've used a pair of trailer axle hubs drilled with a ¾ bore, then set on stock Wheelhorse hubs. That's what's on the Cinnamon Horse '74 C160.

That's a pretty good start.

Another thought was to turn the trailer bed sideways to go wide and shorter vs long and skinny. Going wide can accommodate 2 seats and the steering would give a better turning radius.

Something else was using the WH PTO clutch as the actual driving clutch but that adds a 3rd pedal too. Rear suspension with leaf springs?

I was thinking a 3x5 bed but keep the axle about 1/3 from the front.

Don't think I need rear suspension?
