The Tuul Crib 7,336 #1 Posted January 4, 2020 Got this wagon awhile back for next to nothing. Finally got time to give it allitle attention. Most of it was pretty solid with the exception of some rot at the back. l carefully cut the angle frame off and moved it forward about two or three inches. Welded it back on and now all l have to do is put some shoes and a little paint on er and shes ready to use. Not a beautiful fix but a functional one 8 8
ebinmaine 67,288 #2 Posted January 4, 2020 Looks great Randy. Any ID on the trailer? Looks like an 80s Ohio Steel brand 10 cube.

The Tuul Crib 7,336 #4 Posted January 4, 2020 Not sure there is no markings . The wheels looks like wheelhorse. I got this one and a WH tub wagon at the same place and the po had a wh tractor at one time.

I doubt you'll be able to tell anything was done to it once you're done. I know where a WH tub cart is with a pretty nice vertical shaft WH about 15 minutes from me. The guy wants to sell them together, and I don't really care to own a vertical shaft tractor. Not sure what one is worth either.
The Tuul Crib 7,336 #10 Posted January 5, 2020 Today I got some spare wheels that I found in the shed and fit them on this wagon. I had to cut some metal off of the frame underneath which made it a little close but it's not rubbing. Got this temporarily moving so I could use it right away then I will probably clean it up and paint it. Oh and l put some hubcaps on it! patina look!! 3
peter lena 8,583 #11 Posted January 5, 2020 THE TOOL CRIB, nice save on that, i would personally add a penetrating oil soak at every joint and metal bend area , i always look at neglected metal as a silent screaming for care , witch is too often neglected. light oil and metal go together in many ways . not only that, but if you want to save the patina that would be a perfect finish , jmoo , pete
The Tuul Crib 7,336 #12 Posted January 5, 2020 Thanx ! Most definitely plan on doing that with some grease. Not bad for a $25 trailer!

The Tuul Crib 7,336 #14 Posted January 8, 2020 Started to strip the paint this afternoon and ordered some decals from @Vinylguy and this thing should be good to go! I'm thinking about the inside of the wagon what to put on it to protect it. I'm open for suggestions.
ebinmaine 67,288 #15 Posted January 8, 2020 Spray on bed liner?
The Tuul Crib 7,336 #16 Posted January 8, 2020 I thought about that but the stuff you get in a rattle can you only get half out of the can before it dies . That can get a little expensive.Im going to use a paint sprayer and add hardener to it. Im taking it all down to bare metal.
WVHillbilly520H 10,373 #17 Posted January 9, 2020 Roll on bedliner?
The Tuul Crib 7,336 #18 Posted January 9, 2020 Roll on . Hmmm what is the source? Any info? Has to withstand shovels and things thrown at it.
The Tuul Crib 7,336 #19 Posted January 12, 2020 Did some cleaning today on the parts hit them with some etching primer and will eventually paint. Planning on using a spraygun and adding some Hardner to it. This one needs to be a little durable!
ZXT 2,401 #20 Posted January 12, 2020 Looking good! I know Rustoleum makes a roll-on bedliner, as do many other companies. It should be able to withstand what you throw at it.
