56 mechanical resto

Put the 56 up on the table and started the mechanical resto. Have one broken hub, Briggs is gone, worn cross shaft.

How far away are you guys Mike and Tom?  Both doing mechanical restoration at the same time, so you share parts or hoard them from each other?
