Bolt pattern for 6 bolt rims - C195 and D series?

Can anyone tell me what is the precise bolt pattern and center hole size? I measure it to not quite 6 on 6 but it might just be me messing up. I would guess it was 6 on 6. Just can't quite seem to get that out of it. Center hole I measure at 4.65 inch. Might be me goofing that up too.

 

Need to get some new rear rims made and need some accurate data for the guys who should make em.
