Who make snowplow links?

Recommended Posts

I saw some on the classified section. The one 6 or so inches tall. The one that go under the 300  or 400 series. Who makes them or sells them? I have a chain right now, which is useless on holding down to scrape up ice!!

They don’t have it. @lynnmor unless I’m looking wrong.

If you can cut a piece of flat bar and drill 2 holes in it, you can just make your own.

Click on lynnmor's link, scroll down on the page and click on the "Brackets and Linkages" button. scroll down to the picture of the solid link.

Or try this link

The one you want is about 11".

See John's link above.

The short ones are for use with the chain and are for a floating plow with no downpressure.

Ok I see the reason! The long one just is the short one plus the chain!👍😄

Correct.

The long one bypasses the horizontal lever that the chain attaches to, and the chain.

You can leave the chain and horizontal in place for the winter if you want to use it for a mower next year.

Tie it up out of the way or whatever.

We have no mower decks so I didn't even install the horizontal.

As @wallfish stated above they're easy enough to make or buy.
