Just arived my #7706

If you notice..the hair pins are at different angles.  It does make a difference which one is up and which one is down for ease of placing those hair pins.   :occasion-xmas:

Valid point for mr. Steve asaurus.

 

I've found that the lower one makes nearly no difference on angle but trying to get your hand in the top under the hood stand with the pin going the wrong direction can be a nightmare.

 

keeping in mind I'm not exactly a small person and that is definitely a small space.

Thanks Steve for that info.  I will have to check that out.

I will have to look at that Eric and see what is the best way to install the cotter pin. I am like you Big hands. May be meddle nose vice grips?

you'll be able to get in there okay but you'll find it's a lot easier from one angle or another so figure out which way works best and maybe Mark the top of the link?

Will do Eric. I do like the welded pin. I think some one for this forum makes these?
