Retired Wrencher 5,442 #1 Posted October 30, 2019 I won some $$ in the poker room so decided to get this. It is over 12". I was going to make one but! last piece that I needed for the plow. I like the welded stud. Makes it easy to put on. 4 5
stevasaurus 22,711 #2 Posted October 30, 2019 If you notice..the hair pins are at different angles. It does make a difference which one is up and which one is down for ease of placing those hair pins.

I've found that the lower one makes nearly no difference on angle but trying to get your hand in the top under the hood stand with the pin going the wrong direction can be a nightmare. keeping in mind I'm not exactly a small person and that is definitely a small space.

I will have to look at that Eric and see what is the best way to install the cotter pin. I am like you Big hands. May be meddle nose vice grips?

May be meddle nose vice grips? you'll be able to get in there okay but you'll find it's a lot easier from one angle or another so figure out which way works best and maybe Mark the top of the link?
