CUSTOM CENTER SPINDLE PULLEY

 I wish someone with a home machine shop would make custom center spindle double pulleys to speed up the RPM of the blades. I have an older 42" SD deck with the DD spindles/pulleys that I've wanted to speed up for awhile now. I bought a center double pulley from a 36" deck that had the DD bore and a smaller upper pulley, but unlike my stock pulley there was a space between the 2 upper and lower pulley and it wouldn't fit over the spindle housing                   

 OR,  how about making a custom clutch with a 1"  larger inner pulley?

 Hi-Lift blades would be a great help too.
