The Tuul Crib 7,336 #4 Posted September 9, 2019 Were these manufactured by one source for different brands and painted Accordingly ?
Racinbob 11,045 #5 Posted September 9, 2019 They are Generac generators made for several companies and yes, painted accordingly. I'm thinking Wheel Horse made the mount.
bds1984 1,429 #6 Posted September 9, 2019 I just came across a "Sears alternator" that was mounted on a Wheel Horse mount so I am willing to bet a dollar that Wheel Horse offered the mount as a solo part for the industrious individual to couple their own alternator to it. I made my own 7200 watt generator attachment powered by my C165 from a Harbor Freight unit and it works pretty good at a 45 amp load.
oldredrider 2,548 #7 Posted September 9, 2019 I have a Sears generator mounted on, I think, a Wheel Horse platform. It's a 4000 watt model. Kind of a mustard colored genny. Mobile power is awesome!
