trailhopper 49 #1 Posted September 2, 2019 Are the Toro OE blades the best to use on the 520H/60" deck? Any other suggestions that work well? I have some Gator blades on it now, that came with the deck. They did OK, but they're worn out. Unfortunately, I use this mower to mow a property that I visit every month or so. The grass is typically tall. Thanks. -Scott
Skipper 1,788 #2 Posted September 2, 2019 The OE ones give a really good airflow to clear the grass out of the deck. I have tried aftermarket ones, also the gators. The gators were the worst, and I have so far not found any blade that is equal to the OE, but I sure would like to know too, if someone should know where to get 1:1 copies

Have you used the "wet grass" blades? -Scott
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,033 #5 Posted September 2, 2019 No I have not - no 60" deck. Ran across the wet grass blade part number somewhere so recorded it. Have no idea how they are different. Must be gold plated to prevent corrosion @ $77-$87 each. Garry
