Stike 204 #1 Posted August 30, 2019 Hello All, Swaping a Kohler k321 from a c145 auto into a c161 8 speed with a blown k341 and need to switch pulleys. Stike 204 #6 Posted August 30, 2019 Looks like the pulley originally on the c161 is a 4 inch and the one off the c145 is a 5-1/4 inch so that should tell the story. For now both pulleys are soaking in liquid wrench and will make a puller in a day or so and try first. For now po got creative with wiring so plenty to do in the meantime. I have done the four bolt shuffle a time or two, make a plate with four holes and find bolts long enough to start into the pulley. Work your way around from bolt to bolt tightening until the pulley moves out from the block enough to get a regular three jaw puller on it (bolt holes in the pulley aren't too deep).
