Need some help Mounting Tiller

Recommended Posts

1990Onan520-H

Hey all, I just picked up a 36" tiller and plan to mount it to my 88 520-H. I don't see any rear lift cable or a rock shaft I believe it's called? Does anyone know where I can get these parts? I got the pulley's for up front and the belt, but didn't know I also needed the cable and rock shaft until I started doing some research. Guy I got it from said it included everything needed, but I guess he assumed my tractor was already outfitted with this stuff. Also please correct me if I don't need all of this. I was just doing some searches and that was what I came up with.

WHX??

You might guy the rockshaft kit was optional and I believe it was included as parts of the rear attachment package.

Sounds like you need to hook up with Lowell so do some browsing here....

Here is the tiller sold in 1988. The parts list will show everything required.

I'm not sure what year my tiller is. Did that make a difference for attachment hardware? I don't think it's older than 88, if anything probably newer.

1985 and newer long frame 300, 400 and 500 tractors and tillers will all be the same.

Older model tillers were adapted to fit when the fuel tank was moved from under the hood to under the seat.
