Mickwhitt 5,016 #1 Posted August 22, 2019 Hi all, I have a parts manual for the C-125 and a kohler engine workshop manual. But is there a workshop manual for the C-125? Something that will help with a full rebuild. I've searched the manuals list but I'm not sure I know what I'm looking for. Best regards Mick
ebinmaine 70,733 #2 Posted August 22, 2019 (edited) Mick I use a cell phone for 99% of my internet so my searching can be a little challenging. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,243 #3 Posted August 22, 2019 Wheel Horse never published a service manual that is tractor specific. Instead they have transmission service manuals and electrical manuals. Many parts lists has service notes throughout the illustrations. Post your model number and serial number and will look for what we have. Sometimes a service bulletin helps. There is a 1978-79 manual that covers many years as the product did not change much. Click on the picture Garry 1

Mickwhitt 5,016 #5 Posted August 22, 2019 Hi. I only have the engine plate details so far. I assume there is a chassis plate with model details on it. I will hunt it out tomorrow. Engine plate details Spec no. 47723d Model no. K301AS Serial no. 9924607
Stormin 9,983 #6 Posted August 22, 2019 Mick. There should be a plate down under the steering wheel, in front of the gear levers. Is the tractor still in one piece? There are posts on all aspects of a rebuild on here. Just ask what you need to know and someone will put you right.
Mickwhitt 5,016 #7 Posted August 22, 2019 I stripped the tractor down 5 years ago and rebuilt the chassis and gearbox. Then my wife decided we needed to move house and my workshop went on the back burner. Now I have time to devote to rebuilding her I'm unpacking the parts and getting on with the engine. If I can get the engine running the rest will be a walk in the park lol Mick
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,243 #8 Posted August 23, 2019 Your engine was made in 1979 so it should have landed on a 1980 C-125 - the first year for the them. Model number 01-12K801 if it has a gear transmission. https://www.wheelhorseforum.com/search/?&q="01-12k801"&type=downloads_file&search_and_or=or&sortby=relevancy Garry

As soon as I get things together I will start posting some pictures. Again many thanks, Mick
