What part is this?

 Going thru my shop and cleaning up around and run across this part. I must've had intentions to use it on the tractor because it's painted red. But for the life of me cannot figure what it's for.

I saw this yesterday when you were talking about the PTO mechanism on the early 60's horses.  That part is not shown in the schematics of  the PTO pedal release mechanism.    Mike may be right...we typed at the same time.

 Yeah it was with all the parts that I was putting that deck back together with . It somehow got mixed up with it and I was trying to figure out if it went with it. I tore it apart over a year ago. I did however figure out all the linkage two that RM 327.
