I'm trying to find a diagram for the pulley off the PTO to front tensioner pulleies and back to the mower deck there was no old one to help figure it out and I don't want to mess anything up.

EASY... Put belt on INNER V of pto pulley.  Loop it around the front Mule drive, then back onto the center pulley of the deck.

Thic is a C-121, but the belt routing is exactly the same for a 520.

The FL;AT idler pulley is on the OUTSIDE of the Mule drive....'V' pulley on inside, of course.

This was what I was looking for and I thought it might go this way.

inner V in PTO, over inner V pulley on Mule drive around left side of vertical mower shaft pulley back to bottom of outer flat pulley back to bottom side of PTO Pulley.

My issue is I drove my mower up and over a cut down evergreen bush stump. This hung the mower up so that I had to jack it up and reverse it while jacked up. This resulted in the pulley guard getting bent some and possibly the pin that slides into the adjusting bracket of the mule drive.

I tried bending it back so that it did remove material off the belt. I tried various attempts to get it running without throwing the belt, including not having the guard on the belt....

But it kept throwing the belt.

Now I have it on the way you showed with the guard on but now it’s really shredding the belt.

i have 4 spare belts, 2 A100 and I can’t remember the other number at the moment, but they are thicker.

i don’t want to pay the local mower shop to pick this up to fix it even though they are great!

Just frustrated with what seems a simple fix but it evades solution.

By the way, I have two sleeve bushings and two pulling with the nut that holds them on. In case I’m missing something there.

thanks.

Front idler assembly mule

1/2" long spacer part number 101757 is on the outside between the pulley and cover.

5/8" long spacer part number 101734 is between the pulleys.

Spacer ID needs to slip over 3/4" shaft.
