Are These Wheel Horse Weights?

I've seen pictures of Wheel Horse weights, and these look very similar.

 

However, it looks like these have a cut-out for a valve-stem, and 2 holes for wheel bolts instead of 4.

 

Are there different variations of WH Weights?

I think the D used the cut out. WH weights were not made by WH. I have seen them on Cubs, AMF and others.

So the big question is, what should one expect to pay for these? Does the "buck a pound" rule apply? Or are these a more desirable style?

I don't know about that buck a pound thing...but, I would advise buying asap and not waiting until we get closer to them cold  winter months when the piice is sure to go up.

I paid $150.00 for a set of front & rear.  Yes I would consider that a steal.  I see sellers ask as much as $250.00 just for the rears.

What do your front weights look like? I've only seen 1 set come up for sale locally, which look like little mushrooms. Seller claims they are only 20 ish pounds apiece.

DO NOT pay the listed Ebay prices for these weights. 

Best bet would be to place a "wanted" ad here in the classifieds.

The front weights are rather strange, very heavy and only fit the deep dish style 8" wheels.

Been messaging the seller of the weights I posted a picture of. He was asking $195 for the pair, but has since lower his asking price to $145. I tried to get him to come down more, but hes firm at $145.

 

Would these be a good buy at that cost? I'm sure I can get other brand ones for less (like a set of Bolens or the plastic ones), but these are a little cooler IMO
