520 hydraulics question

Wasn't really sure where to ask this so I put it here. Picked up a 520H and the guy had disconnected the lift cylinder and ran two lines to the back of the tractor to run some kind of implement. I want to put it back to the way it belongs. Do I just run the lines back to the cylinder? He gave the old lines that came off. Took a picture of it. I've got to clean it up I know... Thanks, Tony

What would be cool if he would have added an extra spool valve then you could run the lift cylinder and the rear whatever also... To answer your question yes just put the lines back to the cylinder...

The Eaton 11 can handle more. I had a Bolens 5120 that had it and it had a mower deck/front attachment lift, aux port for plow angling and power steering.

  • Thanks 1

I have no doubts just need the extra spool valves like a few of the other brands.

Looks like he had a 3 point hitch and the lines were for up and down I guess. What sucks is they left the cylinder ports open and now their filled with crud. I power washed it and now I can see.
