If the people at your auto parts store are competent in the least, they should be able to find you new seals. MARK (LI) 3 #7 Posted July 11, 2019 Thank you for the nice welcome...here are some pictures...The guy I bough it from had about 10 other Wheel Horses, but all were neglected...the engine needed oil ...one bucket piston seal was leaking and the other one let go...the steering is messed up ..I guess from the weigh of the loader...I got it cleaned up a little today ( I just got it yesterday)...there was a lot of mildew on it...I go the cylinders off and ordered some new hydraulic hoses....I have to do a little welding on the bucket too...but the price was right 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

MARK (LI) 3 #10 Posted July 11, 2019 Getting things cleaned up and getting hoses and seals...but I have a steering problem...from the weighof the loads the cone shaped gear at the bottom of the steering shaft is worn and it skips...anyone know a source for parts ...or what other wheel horse would have a compatible steering mechanism? 19richie66 17,500 #11 Posted July 11, 2019 (edited) The gt14 steering shaft and fan gear is the same as the later 953/1054 tractors. Spindles / tie rods are the same also. The drag link from the fan gear to spindle tab is longer than the 953/1054 though.
