If this has been answered previously  I apologize.  :deadhorse:

My son bought his first Wheel Horse 1976  B100(Thanks to the gentleman who gave my son a good deal) at the nice show in Maryland, anyway there was one reflector on it and it was broken, so want to get replacement for it but the part 106557 that I have found are not exactly like the original one, is this just a part change in production? :scratchead:holes for pop riveting or screws and tape for adhesive application   Oh    ***did see this thread -  https.... /67401-c-101-rear-reflector/ *** but talks about using tape with it.

+++ UPDATE +++  - would the ones on it not be correct from what i found that the 106557 dimensions are ~ 4 3/8 long and 1 7/8 wide????

Thanks.

The one that was on it measure 2.5" x 1.125"

a. broken orig.

b. WH B100 rear fender (no holes)

c. one on line holes (not sure of the dimensions)

My local Toro dealers only sell the ones with the holes, probably the same ones you can buy cheaper at Tractor Supply or your local auto parts supply store.  They're attached with a good foam strip adhesive, so screws are not necessary.  I don't know if the ones with no holes are available.  I haven't found the old style even on ebay.   You can always go with a pair of new style or different shape reflectors.

Another option is to ditch the reflectors and install lights. You can buy lights the same size as the reflectors. Wire them into the headlight circuit and you’ll have proper tail lights.

When I was doing the build of my first B-100 back in 2009/2010, I had the same problem. Toro uses the same number but subs a different, bigger part. I could not find the old style anywhere, so I just kept looking on eBay and this forum until I found a couple.

Thanks for the replies.   Figured something like that.    Will let him decided if want larger ones. My GoogleFu has not been good finding the smaller ones.  This B100 didnt have any lights so not sure if he wantsto add them.   Thanks again for the info.

That's exactly what I did with a couple of my tractors.

revisit,:deadhorse:

Still trying to find ones that were on it and my google-fu improved it looks like the reflectors that were on it were also used on bicycles and railroad crossing signs.:confusion-confused:

So was it originally shipped without any?  And either the original owner or dealer put on reflectors.

The ones that appear to be originally place on it are "Stimsonite AGA No. 15"

Interesting to say the least. thanks for all the input.

first two pictures are of wheel horse/reflector.  second two pic are from internet.
