gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,033 #3 Posted July 3, 2019 The GT-1142 is a 1982 or 1983 model tractor and considered a long frame model. So is the 1978 C-141 so it should fit. Recommended decks for the GT-1142 were a 36" or 42" width of cut with either a side or rear discharge. Who is to say the deck is original to the GT-1142 as the last decks in 2016 will also fit. One change in the models was the blade center hole went from 5/8" x 3/4" double-D to a 3/4" round hole. Let us know what you have and will try to find you manuals.
