Tractorhead 9,064 #8 Posted June 28, 2019 So, as promised here my idea: On my Beast i have an 3Point Rearmount. i planing a construct to attatch the sicklebar as sidewaymower with an doubleangle, where each leg between the joints have a length of 1,20m On that edge i plan a 180deg. Joint, where the Sicklebar was mounted. Driven by an Oilmotor, im able with that construction to mow also the hedge sideway‘s and if its defolded mow the Hedge on Top. This Oilmotor was driven by a separate Oilpump, i attach maybe on the PTO. With released 180deg joint im also able to mow higher Grass. thinkering is not fully completed, but thats the way I calculate some weights. thinkering ahead with a hedgesaw, but tis was to weak to cut our hedges. about 3cm thickness.
