Of course we all know what this machine does but the point is it has been sitting in the same spot for over two weeks in the rain not covered up. And they wonder why it won’t start the next time ! Any one who has used a bedding chopper inside of a barn knows that the camera in this video does not even come close to showing how much dust is produced by one of these things. Eric, have you ever baled hay or straw (square bales), and loaded or unloaded and stored them? If not, you have no clue how bad the dust can be. Want to know more? Contact me and I'll attempt to put you in touch with someone still baling the old way. Spend a day or an entire vacation loading a wagon or six or a dozen in the field on a wagon, or working in the barn. You'll get educated to real dust very quickly. Darb1964 1,038 #9 Posted June 21, 2019 I'm cutting hay tomorrow on a 🚜of a long time friend,his father has what he calls farmer's lung. He is on oxygen all the time.
