8ntruck 6,975 #1 Posted June 14, 2019 We've been spending some time over the last couple of days cleaning flower beds and moving plants around. While working, I noticed a large amount of creeping Charlie both in the flower beds and in the lawn. In the past, I've tried getting it out of the lawn with a thatching rake and treating it with Weed B Gone. Manual removal is just a temporary solution. It laughs at the Weed B Gone. I suppose I could nuke the whole lawn and start over, but there has to be a better way. Anybody out there have a magic bullet to get rid of creeping Charlie? Thanks. Ed Kennell 37,988 #2 Posted June 14, 2019 I have never used it, but it seems Dicamba is the only herbicide that may work.https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/weeds/kill-creeping-charlie.htm
SPINJIM 1,981 #3 Posted June 14, 2019 But it may take two applications of Dicamba a few weeks apart, as early in he season as possible. Do a Google search. There's a lot of info.
