RM-327 triple pulley bearing

Recommended Posts

adsm08

So while mowing today, and having a host of other issues, I looked down to see the triple belt pulley that attaches to the two spindle belts, and the crank shaft belt, was wobbly. Hoping the bolt had just backed out a bit I drove back to the garage to check it, and of course I found the bearings were gone.

Anyone know some part numbers?

@953 nut @squonk @Bueller ? Anyone?

While cleaning I found a part number on the face, hard to read, looks like nice 3015 dc.

Next question, should there be 1 or 2 of these? I can't find a parts diagram for the deck.

Here is the manual...the bearing looks like #53 part # 6593 and there are 2 of them with a spacer in-between.  If TORO does not have them, measure the height, ID and OD of the bearing and go to motion industries web site.  :occasion-xmas:  Also, if the NICE # is correct, you can search that number on the site also.

Steve types faster The spacer is essential and note the special bolt.  The #6593 can be replaced by a 1615-2RS bearing (You need 2).  7/16" x 1-1/8 x3/8"

Amazon also had them, with Prime shipping, for a similar price.

Normally I'd have ordered from WHPM, because I love to support a small business, but I'm in a bit of a hurry this time.
