Sparky-(Admin) 21,300 #1 Posted May 18, 2019 I have an area in my yard that it starting to look crappy, nothing but WH junk that I was always thinking I would need someday. Well that day hasn’t come and most likely never will. And of course being left outside simply ruins everything. This is my first load for the towns transfer station. Hate to do it but it’s time. ebinmaine 67,264 #4 Posted May 19, 2019 We call it "cleansing". The physical aspect of it is great for clearing space and the mental part of it also very nice. We don't get rid of scrap wood because we just throw it down on one of several brush piles around the acreage. Self clearing by rotting. The animals love them for coverage. WHNJ701 4,165 #5 Posted May 19, 2019 I was at my kids baseball game today talking on of neighbors I know said he just dropped off a 2 push mowers, rototiller, and a snowblower at the town dump, didn't want to deal with selling them. said as he rolled them off his trailer and the guy behind him in line rolled them right on to his trailer, so what stinks the guy throwing them out lives 5 or 6 houses up from me.
