 I knew when I took the picture that someone was going to spy the Clinton parts lurking in the background, you were my first guess.  They are for our 61 Suburban which came Clinton powered; that one's up next!

 Pulled the deck off and put it back on my C120, will be tearing this down soon; I'm installing a foot pedal kit first and want to test it before I tear it down. In the meantime I pulled the front wheels , stripped and refinished, and replaced the original 16-7.50 x 8's with 18-8.50 x 8's and filled the front tires; added nearly 50lbs to the front end. Used a small garden pond pump submersed in washer fluid, each tire took about 3 gallons. Added a little bling too.....

 Started pulling tins off to install the foot pedal kit, so I did the 520 Onan side cover mods prior to sandblasting, don't want it overheating. Will probably cover the holes with some type of screen on the inside for cosmetic purposes:

 Finally was able to take some time today and work on some of my Horse projects: finished installing and adjusting the hydro pedal kit before I tear it all down. It fit's and works ok but I will be modifying it to suit before the final install. Also gave it a good pressure washing. The next time you see it, it will be in pieces

Been too busy sorting parts and tearing this down to get any pictures posted so here's a quick update: repaired and refinished the gauge panel(had a lot of gouges and marks from the hood rubbing), and replaced the right rear axle seal(only leak on the whole tractor)

A freshly cleaned and primed hub(that didn't break taking it off!), A little anti-seize, and wheel studs! Also welded the extra holes shut on the rear fenders that aren't covered completely by the taillights.

Super clean restoration. Great idea on venting the engine heat from the rear cylinder. What did you use to cut the holes for your engine vent? Hole saw? Step drill?

Marked a straight line to match the angle of the cover, drilled a 1/8" pilot hole, then used a 3/4" step drill on each end, then I clamped a piece of straight steel stock down for a cutting edge and cut the long straights with a cutoff wheel.

 Well I guess you can call this progress; all the Sheetmetal and the rear wheels are being blasted , a few small parts have been disassembled , and these late models REALLY have too much electrical on them !

Got a BIG pile of parts back from the sandblaster (25 total) and epoxied them Saturday. Painted the rear wheels and cleared them right away since they're the only silver parts left to paint. Cleaned and detailed the fuel sending unit and made a new gasket.

brilliant idea on those bronze hood bushings... i was going to try and cheap out and squeeze some rubber ones in there but i don't think i'll be happy with them over time. the originals are completely gone and the hood rocks significantly in either direction.

 When I epoxied the hood, I taped off a 1/2" strip on top of the hood seam. Welded it solid and began smoothing it in...…..the great thing about the epoxy primer is that you can do your body work right over top of it.

Painted a whole lotta satin black parts yesterday, reassembled the gauge panel and detailed and restored the gauges as needed(new decals after it's assembled). Installed new tires (24x12's) and inside weights.
