ChrisVanatta 0 #1 Posted May 14, 2019 Hello, I own a wheel horse GT-1642. It was given to my by my grandfather. The deck belt snapped. The belt is so oold that the numbers are gone on the belt. Does anyone know the size Deck belt is requkred for replacement. I am having a hard time finding this. Any help is greatly appreciated! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
JAinVA 4,619 #2 Posted May 14, 2019 (edited) If you have a 42" side discharge it takes an a84 belt.That measures 1/2"x86".This is not a typo.Belt designation numbers are 2inchs shorter than actual length.I get Kevlar belts for all my decks,and mule drives so I don't have the WH part number handy.I get belts online but any NAPA should be able to fix you up.
