HYDRAULIC HOSE LENGTHS ?

Recommended Posts

daveoman1966

Can someone...anyone...tell me the length of Hydraulic Hoses, by the part number of the hose?  OR.... is there a file on-line to identify them by length??

Some of the schematics show the length, but not for these, as follows:

106651

108521
110096
110124
110125
110504
106420
106421
106418

I'm out on the number cross over. I usually measure the length of the original hose or from point to point, if I don't have a hose. Then have a new one made at Napa or my local implement dealer.

Lowell also offers some hose kits.

I have nothing on them.

Only thing I discovered is the last one 106418 was replaced by the first one 106651.

To clarify... I am not looking to have hyd hoses made...but to identify the ones in my shop.  (Dummy me didn't mark when removed from tractor(s)).  I have several NEW hyd hoses and only one has a part#...108521.  I find that it is for C-165 c-175 (Eatons) but no length is shown in the schematic.  That same schematic shows another long hose to be part # 106651, but there is no reference as to length of it either.

Also have 15 or more good used hyd hoses and need to identify them as to the Part #, given the length of each.  What I'd REALLY like to find is a cross reference of length to part #, and the reverse of part # to length.

Might want to check with Lowell directly - not sure if he's totally savvy on the original part numbers or just goes off the type of fitting and overall length dimensions. Trying to figure out OEM hoses and what applications they fit is going to be some serious work.
