And do you think it will be strong enough? Right now i just have spacers and they are bolted between the hub and rim, seems to be holding up right now and i have been bouncing this thing around the yard in 3rd gear. That being said i have plans to weld plates between the spacers sinilar to the WH dual spacers.

ebinmaine 67,575 #29 Posted May 13, 2019 @prondzy How much space do you have there? 4 inch? 5-inch? On one of my tractor's I have 3 inch aluminum spacers and they work perfectly fine. I think if you were to weld those together you would be in great shape.

RedHorse54 578 #33 Posted May 16, 2019 (edited) That thing is awesome!! This gives me the idea to make a wheel horse "pickup truck" out of a regular round hood like an 854. The tub cart as the "bed" of the truck. I wonder how it could be done though with the transmission under the tub cart and the seat in front of the cart itself. Anyone have any ideas? Had that same exact idea but the build turned into a little 2 seater clown car. Made 2 of those but never did get to the "pickup" build. The chain link to connect the long rod to the shifter will allow swivel and movement for moving it front and back in the neutral slot but it's stiff enough for the lateral movement side to side into the gears. Some creative welding on the ends of both the new rod and the shifter can make a strong connection.

I want to figure out how to use an extra hydro i have here for the drive so i can have hydraulic dump on the tub! 5
