I can't see tagged lines from the phone so I don't know what anybody's is anymore. that sounds a bit like one of my oldest lines I tell my customers in the trucking industry. people get really apologetic when they screw up an order in they know they made me go someplace for no reason but I've always worked for places that pay me by the hour. Also, I'm pretty even-tempered and I just don't mind. I tell them... hey! No worries! This is my life. I shift. I steer.
