Handy Don 12,216 #76 Posted April 1, 2022 I'm betting there is a label somewhere declaring "Do not disassemble -- no user-serviceable parts inside." 1

Tractorhead 9,064 #79 Posted April 1, 2022 fill the tank with water, hold it over the sink and push the needle up from the bottom into the water outlet on the tank. there is a small valve in, that needs to open. if this works check the suction line. does your pump start to run ( vibration) if not maybe the coil is shot. if the pump run‘s maybe the valve ain‘t working or the line to the pump is clogged. it could be happen That the pump sucks calc into and clogged internally. don‘t forget to check the both seals in the lid if they not to far worn. that also can appears the cause a leaking. JoeM 7,873 #81 Posted April 1, 2022 No kitchen stuff, or at least that I know of, today. Temps in the 40's pretty much working inside the shop. Have a mower deck in rehab and need to continue on it, need to flip a set of wheels and paint the front side.

Trying to find a white fridge in this configuration was actually tough. All the manufacturers are putting stainless appliances out on the market. The rest of my appliances are white and I wasn’t about to replace them all with stainless just because my fridge was about to die. This one was in a warehouse in New Jersey, was brought up to Connecticut to an appliance dealer and then delivered to me over an hour away. None of the local appliance dealers could find me a white side by side with water and ice on the door. I was also restricted by the cabinet over the fridge.

We haven't bought one yet. We're just holding off until at least Fall for now. Our restriction is that our kitchen was configured with an electric switch on the wall beside a pantry cabinet which means the refrigerator needs to be 27 wide or less. We want inexpensive. We want bright white. Couldn't get one of those to save your skin for quite a while.
Tractorhead 9,064 #88 Posted April 7, 2022 Servicing my Coffeemaker today. today i got an call, the Heaterpump is arrived. i earlier leave the Office to finish that Task today. When i came home i found another packet aside the Door, the Grinder and Servicekit arrived. Firstly i go downstairs to change the Waterpump and after changing the Heater Waterpump i decided to service my beloved Coffeemaker. Firstly i disassembled the Case to go into it. There are 2 screws in the Coffee box on the Top ( left and right) after removing carefully the top ( another 4 Screws) one in the back and three in upper front under the Cupheater, i removed all the parts and get again a view inside. The 4 Screws in the Frontblade and 2 screws under the Watertank releases the Case arround. The grinder spits metallic particles and sound horrible like a Gear with caries, so i decide to exchange it completely with a new one and reworked my grinder maybe later. Both grinder stones are 50$ And a complete new grinder is just 65$, so a complete exchange is not a question for me.. this is the noisy grinder, it appears optically to be fine, but the running noise tells me some other info‘s. However. While exchanging the Grinder i separated all waterpaths and cleaned them with a pipe cleaner. Also the sieve in the Watertank intake. It can easily pulled out when the Seal is removed and this is also just pryed. The Watersensor is also cleaned with a syringe and blown in the right direction and vice versa. While doing that few calc briddles come out of the Watersensor they may clogged it. so i appears i found the problem, why the Waterflow drops so hard down. Sure, the pistonrings was also a problem, no doubt. The upper pict is the Waterintake system with waterflow sensor This is the Nozzle to the Cupfiller. And all back together with Tanksensor (green PCB) and Water flow sensor. take care to not forget the second connector on the Water intake. Can be easily remounted with pliers, i also use them to remove the Pipe. The Brew piston have 2 O- Rings they should be round, instead they be hardly worn after 4 Years in use. and here how they should look mounted on the Piston. In the Service Kit i ordered are 2 bigger O- Rings for the piston and one very small O- Ring for the Piston valve This sits under the tip of the Screwdriver when the connector is pulled out. this is very easy to change when the piston is screwed out. When the piston is removed, the brewchamber can also easily be cleaned with a toothbrush and few drips of water to remove the old crusty coffeedump what’s burned in arround. A Vaccum cleaner is also pretty helpful tool by cleanup the whole case and parts inside together with a 0,5 cm cutted harder brush. Both together doing an excellent Job. at least grease all seals with natural Silicone grease to keep them soft. That should be done each year at least - i didn‘t do that for 4 years. Yap you be right, baaaaaahhhh!!!!!!!! But hey each time i think about it, any other thing crosses my Way and after i forgot about it. The damage in the grinder i be concerning about a small stone in a Coffee or something similar. But whatever it was, now it‘s new and run‘s perfectly like the day i bought it. Time needed for the complete Service include Cleaning 1h all together. Parts - 65$ for the new grinder and 8$ for the Gasket Set include Silicone grease - payed with Card Taste of Coffee out of this Machine - priceless. 😎😇 Good by Coffeemaker2 and thanks for being a friend in my Hard times..👍
