I need a new shaft for my d180 rototiller. I need the shaft or someone that can mill me one. The shaft that goes into the gear assembly on the rototiller. The pinion shaft. All but one tooth has broken off

A Pict. somtimes tells more than several Words.

maybe it can be upwelded and reworked by Mill, to remove the caries your shaft have.

 

 

 

did you search for that shaft?

Your options are to find a good shaft - or take the existing, damaged shaft to a machine shop that can cut gears and be well prepared for the cost. Might want to give some of the tractor graveyards a call.
