I'm sure after more than two months of constant upheaval, you are ready to kick you feet up for at least for a few hours and really call someplace home. They must not have a city ordinance against unkempt properties.......but that gave you the unforeseen opportunity to have some WH fun after a long period of hibernation. Do you get the single bay garage, or the double bay for your workshop??? Interesting backyard topography.........a high fence line to the right, and a very long swale running quite some distance to the other end of the lot, where I presume you can access your trailer thru a gate off a different street. I know the annual snow and rainfall totals there are less that the US average, but in a "goose drowner" situation, you are going to have a nice little creek on your "back 40". Happy you finally landed. They would have had to locked me up by now...... Steve btw, if you need any rain there, Indiana can send you some.
