Lemme know if you do end up making a ground edge.

I'd like to see it or maybe buy one.

Pretty much any of the full size tractors from the 60s up that have the mid frame attachment points. The forward part of where your mower would hook up.

Congrats.  Nice condition.  They tend to be hard to find.  I had to travel to get the one that I have.:handgestures-thumbupright:

Ya I'm feeling lucky myself, I did have to travel to get this one too. I was going to see the President in Grand Rapids, about 2.5 hours from my home. I saw this 10 min after it was listed and it was a little over half way to where I was going. Right on my route. The farmer has a 1975 C120 8 speed for sale, 1 owner, in close to ex condition. He is only asking 300.00 for it with a deck. If I had been in my truck it would be here too.

I will do that, I just think that I would rather do that than have to flip my blade. I'm thinking spring steel, torched cherry red and sprayed with water. Should toughen it up and give the blade some rigidity.

I must have missed that posting, how was the rally?  I had gymnastics and other runnings around to handle for the family, the traffic around the airport went from country roads to jam packed with photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of Air Force One.

Man the place was packed to capacity, 13000 inside another 3/4 outside watching on the big screen. The line to get in was over 1 mile long at 4 pm. It was still posted just west of grand ledge, really nice c120 for sale. That 12hp kohler is worth the $$ by itself. Your mileage may vary but he told me he wanted 250 for the snow blade and 300 for the tractor when I was there. The dozer blade looked like it had not been used more than a couple of times.

Did you get the lift arm with the grader? If not I think Lowell makes them.

I think I have one, I thought it was the arm that lifts the deck too. Is it different than that?

They are different, the one for the deck may work.

I just went out an looked at the one I have it looks different. I will have to see if it can be modified to work. If not then I will have to see about getting one that will work. Thanks for the heads up.

Just placed order, I have shopped with him before. Yes he does make quality products hard to find parts made like this anymore. Like the fact that they don't have a made in china sticker on them.....anywhere.

Thanks I've got around 200yds of fill coming to my place this year. Have to build a pad for a new pole barn an fill up some low spots around my property. I think this will really help with the process. I have my ear to the ground looking for a good compact tractor with a FEL to do the heavy lifting.

Mine just has a PO homemade thing for a lift link. Look like it was made with a old towel bar! Only bad thing is on the 857 there is no way to put down pressure on it. I got by by just using a foot on the top of the blade. Have to come up with fix.

Will work good for that, unbelievable how flat and level you can get it.

My plan was to use it on my C160 Auto. I am hoping it will create down pressure with the hydro.

Jim I had mine on my 1267 and that had down pressure with the 11 inch solid link.

if you're looking for constant down pressure on one side or the other you could attached some weights to that end of the blade, or both ends.

What keeps it from pushing up on the lift arm EB? I think we need a pic here!

You shouldn't have any problem with a hydro Rod. I should have put mine on a 520 would have been quicker with a hydro also. Just having too much fun with seat time on the 857! :banana-dance:
