Indiana collection beyond belief. Seriously.

I ran across a video a few days ago of an astonishing collection of Wheel Horse tractors, implements, and parts here in Indiana in a 16+ minute video that left me literally dumbfounded.

The owner is a member here, but is much more active elsewhere, particularly in Facebook Wheel Horse sites and Indiana CL sites.

So, if you want to be blown away, and are a member of FB Wheel Horse Junkies, look for a video posted on February 24 at 12:58 pm.

Seems like an impending move is forcing him to get really active and engaged about showing off his treasure trove, and more importantly selling most of his herd.

Scott Mehlberg is in the process of selling stuff here and elsewhere, but that's not the gentleman who made the film for Facebook I described above.

The two do live reasonably close to each other however.

I'm hoping he eventually posts here at Red Square and have already expressed to him I know there would be lots of interest from this crowd on what he has for sale.

@AMC RULES , @Whnewone & et al., you are correct, but for reasons totally unknown to me, he has not posted his video here.

My personal opinion is, he is missing boarding The Big Boat to Salesland by not stirring the pot here with his hoard of WH stuff.

IMO, I think he's overwhelmed with the task before him, and is somewhat in denial about what really has to happen for him to be able to move and sell his property.

He could work every day for the next six months selling, shipping, and hauling stuff around, and still it wouldn't all be gone. But he has a full time job. See the problem???

Those are only my personal observations from seeing what he has in the video and what he lists on CL.

For whatever reason, he doesn't seem to recognize RS as a potentially hugely important sales format ........ and admittedly, I just don't "get" that idea at all, just like the rest of you.

Sometimes you have to do the work to get to the pot of gold.......

 i have seen many different Wheel Horse for sale on a certain search engine in the Plymouth Indiana area.  Am I getting warm?

 

 But i never have done Facebook as they just snoop too much personal info --more than I want to give...

 

 170 miles to Plymouth for me., but i have enough horses [for now].   Anyway, thanks for the info....

 Well, the site that he is on is primarily for buy and sell traders.That fact is evident without even joining the site We talk about a lot of things on this site, so maybe he wants to just appeal to active traders.. Also, i am suspecting that the stuff I see on CraigsBay is not his best stuff, judging from the screen shot.

 

 So, are you saying that he is working full time and in the process of moving to another place?  That has to be a nightmare for someone with a barn full of horses!

 

 Actually, I would not be offended if you could send me a screen shot or two in a PM  [hint, hint]  --so long as it does not interfere ith some rule i am not aware of

That's exactly what he related verbally in the video.

I would agree with that statement as a fair assessment of the situation.

 

The CL stuff he offers largely sets outside, the best goodies are inside, and the video is the first time I have ever seen the inside of his barn. It left me speechless what he had stashed away.

 

I'll try to take some intermittent screenshots of his video tomorrow, and PM you the overwhelming evidence.

How's that sound?
