minotaur57 7 #1 Posted February 25, 2019 Mower deck - 42MR01 5218. Spindle assembly - 10489166. Center pulley - 106847. Problem #1: Assembly and pulley have wiped into each other and are shot. Neither are salvageable. The shaft in the assembly was a 3/4' DD as was the pulley. I recognize these are NLA and am looking for an OEM in good shape or an alternative. Problem #2: Having trouble finding blades. Are 3/4" DD blades available? I believe in you guys and I am sure you will offer appropriate guidance. Thank you for your help in advance. daveoman1966 3,745 #4 Posted February 25, 2019 I have the EXACT spindle assembly and top pulley # 106847... Here are a few pics. The lower side of the pulley has a very small chip that I will file smooth to avoid contact with belt. Top and lower end bearings are good. Housing has very little corrosion and is tapped with grease zerk. Spindle shaft is excellent on DD ends and the pulley fits TIGHT..The blade cup is also on TIGHT.
