Stepney 2,325 #1 Posted February 9, 2019 Hello, all. Going to check out a Charger 9 in the morning. Fellow has a 0648BS01 snow plow. He says it's off an newer WH, but a tab can be welded on to work with the original lift .. something about it just doesn't look right. I searched the model number and literally nothing comes up. Did find some under title 0648BC01, but not BS. Anybody have an idea? It just looks odd to me. I'd rather not buy it if it couldn't be made to work. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

That one is an easy fix for any long frame tractor just by adding the lift tab (unpainted part in the pic). ebinmaine 67,279 #7 Posted February 14, 2019 I can get you an accurate measurement off of my 1982 to 1989 48 inch plow later on today. Picture or two as well. the hole that is in that to accept chain link or bar pin is definitely a wear item. I might be prone to using a slightly heavier duty piece of metal for that application. Only if you use the down pressure link quite a bit, after 40+ years the holes in my tab are barely enlarged...when getting those dimensions the tab isn't perfectly centered you'll need that measurement too. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

That probably would explain that. One from my first C 160 chassis was rounded out some, just like the rest of the tractor. Thank you for that reminder of The Off Center.
