ebinmaine 68,138 #4 Posted February 3, 2019 Good morning Manfred. to No worries about the bad english. We have it as our first language and still don't use it correctly most of the time. 1
Ed Kennell 38,579 #6 Posted February 3, 2019 to the Manfred. As you read some of our posts, you will find we do not use proper English grammar. We speak some sort of tractor language that is sometimes difficult to understand. But after a few years, it all makes cents, or sense, or scents. 1
Rob R 966 #7 Posted February 3, 2019 Greetings, Manfred, we do speak very good "Horse" English. Like most things that are manufactured in Germany Mr. Pond developed and made Tractors that were designed properly and built to last, suggest you read his book. Razorback 1,035 #10 Posted February 3, 2019 Welcome, Manfred! I was blessed to visit your beautiful country back in 1981. A good family friend of ours who worked for American Airlines took me on a month-long trip to Europe. What a great time we had! While in Germany, we enjoyed good food, good wine, and of course, good beer! I remember visiting Cologne, Dinkelsbuhl, taking a boat on the Rhine River (saw the remains of the bridge at Remagen and many castles), and staying in picturesque small towns in the Alps. I would never have had that opportunity if it were not for that friend, and I thank God for him and his generosity. The hospitality of your countrymen was memorable, too! 1

I think you will be able to find answers to any problem you might encounter with one of your tractors here among our membership. Also, the manual and reference materials stored here at the site, is second to no other Wheel Horse site. I think you'll be very comfortable and happy here. wheeliepower 141 #16 Posted February 3, 2019 thanks at all here my english is not so good, because I live near the french border, that's why we had to learn the French language in school and not english language. (but because of worldwide ebay I write many mails in english (but with hands and feet and google translate) I live in a village with 600 inhabitants (including cows, pigs and chickens) my distance to the nürburgring is ca. 150km ( 93 miles) - Advantage Germany often no speed limit (even if I cannot reach this with my wheel horse tractors !!!! ) I will make some pictures of my tractors soon regards Manfred 2
