LengerichKA88 1,883 #11 Posted February 2, 2019 That is a nice looking tractor! I’ve heard them mentioned here and there but never seen one. I’d give it a home haha. If you ever ever get rid of it I might get ahold of my cousins in Münster to go over to grabbit for me 😂
PeacemakerJack 10,738 #12 Posted February 2, 2019 Should be comparable in size to a Super-C. I have a friend who has one and he really likes it. Basically like a tractor in a GT sized package. Good find...I can’t wait to see more pictures of it static and working!
timo4352 147 #13 Posted February 3, 2019 Cool tractor! Four wheel drive? I too would like to see it in action when you can. Looked it up here, found a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IqQvE4tRnY

After a long term search i found out, that the Bolens GT154 is exactly the same machine. Parts for Bolens Gt154 will fit on mine and vice versa. Hmmm, wake up today and do a view to the Window tells everything... oh, eieieiei, didnt mount a hitch for the Snowplow... 😱 aaaarghh, yesterday i hesitate. 🤓 Anyway, so my Wheelhorse(workhorse) must do the Job and get some Seat- time today.. ...it is fantastic feeling, to be able to choose wich thing shall be doing wich work...🤔😎 Some snow on the trees, the road is invisible, that tells me Check - Fuelstatus - was filled on Thursday Coffee - filling up a huge Thermos Wheelhorse - greased and ready for rumble at Thursday yippieayeah, Time for warm Cloths let's go FEL'ing some Snow..😂😇☃ 2
Tractorhead 9,064 #15 Posted February 3, 2019 Let's plow a bit... after a small Breakfast we have a look outside... ok, just a bit Snow..😎 Kati tries to shovel but it was wet Heavy Snow. The max. She can pull the Shovel... let's start the Engine... aaaaaaand Plow with the FEL... did i told you fellas, i love my Wheelhorse. here you can see it in Action.. finaly my Horse made it's job as usual. after space running out, the Neighbour comes with his huge Fendt and cleans my Mountains, but my smyll FEL builds immediately new.. today's count 40 Shovels until now, and it still snows continousely. 5

Tractorhead 9,064 #17 Posted February 3, 2019 First plow in the morning was about 30cm second plow about noon ca.15 cm another plow actual another 15 cm and it still snows... Tractorhead 9,064 #19 Posted February 4, 2019 Theoretically it was time for a Pic. yes in theorie, but i forgot to Fill some Diesel in my Supporter, firstly it do a small testride in the Fields, to look how it goes into deep Snow without Chains. I was amazed, 4WD and diff lock is absolutely amazing.. but short befor i was back, it runns out of Fuel.. 😎🙄 i must recover it from an unpleasure Stay. if i finished, it was to dark to make a Pic. Have to put it beside, because our Neighbour wants to move the mass of Snow further in the Fields and he was take care not to hurt my loved Machines with his Big "Monster" Honestly it was sure a funny Pic with the small Horse pulls the bigger supporter... It's not moving fast, like more a "try to dig" with it on Hook but finally my little Horse Managed it. i'm proud of my Horse and the Engineswap was a perfect decision. ok, tomorrow i must kept some Fuel, once Diesel for the supporter and Once Super for the Horse... - have bad taste about bleed the Diesel... damn.. 🙄🚜😢🤔
Tractorhead 9,064 #20 Posted February 9, 2019 (edited) Let stay a few day's longer. Today i refill some Fuel and bleed the whole System. Luckily i stopped the Engine immediately if i see it runs out of Fuel. didn't try to restart, that let some Diesel in the Lines. after filling, i bleed firstly the Filter, later the Fuelpump. didn't loosing the injection lines, just keep everything as it is and give her a Try to Fireup. Today it was 8* outside, so a easyer Start will be possible. Pull the throttle to max and hit the Starter for 30sec, then i see some white clouds out of exhaust. Preglow 40sec, than fire up with Throttle fully open. after 5 cranks the Engine starts but spit a bit. i immediately afterglow manually and after further 5sec. The Engine runs smoothly even with throttle on idle.It was the same nice tak- tak- tak i heared before. Then i parked both beside for photo shooting. The wrong mounted 3 Point is allready corrected.. 😎 The first Action a huge Branch, witch was ripped i moved to the Fields, hanging on chains, What a fun and what a Beast. At least i mounted quick and dirty a Snowblade on front, just to measure, what i need on Material. Additional, the forecast tells for tomorrow some Snow.... The first try for the usability of the Shovel will be made by a Steel rope, handled by the tail lift, to lift the shovel. It seemed it will working... Pullstart 62,783 #21 Posted February 10, 2019 Size comparison photos help a bunch Stefan! That thing looks like a monster waiting to work! Will you only plow with it, or do you have plans to build another FEL?
Tractorhead 9,064 #22 Posted February 11, 2019 You know me that good Kevin... Yes, i plan also a new FEL for the Supporter, because the Frontaxle are much more solid. I don't wanna kill the front Axle on my small "Workhorse" especially it do an extrem helpfully Job that Winter until now. Basically the Workhorse is a Mower, therefore i need him continousely, he can't go in pension at all..... The FEL i build and adapted workes great, no doubt about it. But we have normally no so extreme Snow here, but the last 2 Winters shows me, something seems to change. It was the second Winter, where all Snow is falling compressed at feeling 2 day's. (this year the "2 days" repeats 5 times) The mass of snow didn't be the Problem, the weight of Snow was the problem this year, because it was extremley wer and Heavy. A lot of old trees loosing a lot of huge branches, hopefully this trees surviving. The weight and the mass brings my small horse with Axleload on his range. Me and my horse are buddy's, it did a real fantastic Job that Year i was extreme Surprised. sometimes i miss a bit of rear weight, but i know, this Weight will maybe kill my Frontaxle, so i accepted it as the max load range. If i can not move, the weight is tooo heavy that simple. And as a 2. issue, Street legality by the small horse can't be made because of 1.) No european conformity Seat ( ok, can be changed but i don't wanna) 2.) because of FEL they want an approval (cost for will be about 2000-3000€) and a ROPS System 3.) The strongest criteria at all was the Brakes they are too weak and to rework that, so that Tüv it accepting, was an financial disaster.
Tractorhead 9,064 #23 Posted February 11, 2019 (edited) Did first time a "Plow- Job" with the Beast... ok, honestly my quick and dirty solution does not last long at that little Monster. Today my Snow- Plow was the Dead for the quick and dirty mount... Because i'm in a hurry, i didn't take a photo today from that, but one thing is absolutely clear: I have to massive improove the whole shovelmount and need at least 2 Garage door springs to keep the Shield in Place. i stiffed the Shovel with 2 angle irons with 3mm thickness and 30by30mm - They now bent...😳 I plow the whole Snow out in the Fields to the Other Snow. This beast scrap down until ground, a force i didn't realize, it will happen that strong. changed 3 Times the Steelrope i misused to lift the Shovel (ripforce garanted 300Kilo) 😳 Because the spring was to weak and the rope was the spring for the shovel to prevent break. On my last Test today, i pressing the Snow with full force, to the other on my Field until all Tyres begins to dig. i wanna see what Power that Beast really has. Let me say that way - it was more than enough.. The whole mountpoint in the Front i misused was from a MAN Truck a Fuel Tank mount from Steel, that lasts, but the rest looks like a funny installation by an artist. After that test 2 things was clear, 1.) the new FEL will be made of Steel, definitely. 2.) i have to retink some things i planed, to make more solid. Tractorhead 9,064 #24 Posted March 9, 2019 (edited) So, an update... my Plans for the new FEL are nearly finished. Actual i have few troubles with my Back, so i can't continousely work on my Supporter. CT shows, i have a light rip in my spinal column, nowbody knows where it came from. No accident was happen, witch can causes that, so i'm curious about. Let's see the Doctor on Monday, and find out, how we can solve that issue simple. Operation was absolute no option for me. On the other hand i was strong in business the last weeks for 2 Fall's and didn't have much spare time. i collect some Material for the Build and do a lot of calculations ahead for the dimensioning I also spend the Supporter a R.O.P.S. Because i don't want to roll over with This Tractor by 530kilos. This is still on the Way. The Arms will be made of Carbonsteel in 60x50mm 4mm thick. The MountBracket arms will be made of Steel in 80x50mm 5mm thick The mount Bracket to the Tractor self will be made of Steel 6mm thick. the tension Struts will be made of Steel in 40x20 4mm thick. Additional there will be a support to the rear Axle, to release and enhance the Clutch Case. This will be all in all a damn Heavy Beast when it is finished The angleimproovements and Mountingpoints will be made of 5mm Steel with sleevings. Here i still waiting for my ordered Steelplates 5mm and 6mm, a fiend has ordered. But while i'm not i. A hurry i can save some Money. Diameter of the Mountingpoints is actual set to 19mm Diameter but will maybe enhanced to 25mm. not while i fear it wan't work or last, just while 25mm parts are easier to get. It is more than oversized i know, but i want to build it just once for eternity. The whole concept is now precalculated for a max Weight with 300Kilos on the Shovelmountpoint. The Hydraulic cylinder i'm try to implementing, will be recalculated, if the Mount Bracket and the fork self is finished. i'm thinkering about single or doubleactions for the Lift. Additionally i think about an Quick changer Front end. but this bring also some additional weight... about the Steering i thinkering for a 4 Way doubleaction system, so that i can also use several hydraulic addons. 2 more spare hydraulic circles with quickmount ports seems a good idea to me. So i can also use them for a hydraulic Snowplow with hydraulic Anglesteering. another idea was a changeable Hedge trimmer, with a hydraulic steering (Hydraulicmotor for the blade and Angleswitch) Oh, forgot here's a Pic to give you an idea, what i planing.. Tractorhead 9,064 #25 Posted March 16, 2019 Today, the first sunny day for a long while, was useful to work outside.😎 So while some Material for FEL is still missing, i do some more Measurements with templates. Think i will rework my Idea, because i got a R.O.P.S. for rear mounting. It was a very simple Bow with a Mounting hitch, that weight about 30-40Kg. To take Care of my Back, my little Workhorse is used to Lift the Parts in Place with his FEL, what a lovely thing to have. So first i painted it a bit but with a different color i allready have, just to hide some scratches. After that, i rework the complete Electric and improove it with some fuses. Original there was just 2 Fuses used, an Issue, i want not dealing with. Installed Warning flasher and a Connector for trailer use. 2 New Frontlights (position lights and Flash lights combined) are required to become Road Legal. At now on, all Wires for Lights and Flashers are fused separately Even ignition and a separate 15Amp fuse for the Hazard lights. Also a inwire Mainfuse (50A ) brings me now more safety, to protect the whole Electric for shorts. I hate to see loosen unbound Cables, so i build allmost a new Wireharness. The actual only unfused Cable is the Main Starter Wire itself. Then i added a Switch for the Hazard Lights. The red cable right behind Battery was the C2 line for Contollight by Trailer use, what is actual not connected, have tomorrow find a nice place, where i put the controllight in. Also the brown "ground steal cable" will be tomorrow reworked- that's a nogo.😱 All in all i removed 1,2meter senseless Plus Wire, what was routed nearly thru the half tractor unfused... 🙄🤔 Finally i found a 1m x 0,8m square Aluminum 2mm thick in my Barn, what seem perfect for a small Roof. Ok, it looks a bit strange but it seems useful. aaah, you wanna Pics, ok here you are... But don't laugh... My Wheelhorse behind "under cover" So far a good day, lot of things are done, tomorrow i hope the Weather is also fine, that i can finish the Electric. 3
