wallfish 16,985 #3 Posted February 1, 2019 One thing to keep an eye on if it continues to throw the chain is the gear teeth on the gearbox drive sprocket. When the chain is slipping over them, it will wear them down quickly and they take the shape of a shark fin. It's a little hard to notice unless you're looking for it. This happened to mine from the tension block wearing down and the chain got loose. So the gear teeth were basically wedging the chain off of the sprocket. It was something I didn't notice right away as just looking at it from the top it appeared to be normal. Finally took a good look at it and it was apparent there was a problem there. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
